Metal 2016 Proceedings Now Available Online!
We are pleased to announce that the proceedings from Metal 2016, the Interim Meeting of the International Council of Museums Committee for Conservation Metals Working Group, are now available for purchase online at 

Metal 2016 was held in New Delhi, India, September 26-30 2016, hosted by the Indira Gandhi National Center for the Arts.
The proceedings are the work of many individuals who gave their considerable time and effort to contribute to the success of the conference and the highly regarded volume. The papers and poster abstracts reflect the diversity of our community with subjects including: technical studies of South and Southeast Asian bronzes; archaeological metal objects both wet and dry; research concerning the properties of protective coatings including nano and eco-friendly materials; continuing research into the stabilization of metal composite objects; the conservation of contemporary sculpture; and individual case studies of remarkable objects, from Bronze Age shields to monumental sculpture.
